Texas Hill Country and North San Antonio

A professional plumbing company, not a call center.

Cameron and Brittany run Pawsome Plumbing themselves. You get a licensed master plumber on the job, not whoever was free. Water heaters, drains, leaks, repipes, sewer lines, water softeners and filtration.

How we work

Four things we promise, in our own words.

"Because to us, it's personal."

We listen

Your concerns matter.

You describe what is happening in your own words and we let you finish. Most of the diagnosis starts there.

We empathize

We understand.

No hot water with a house full of people is not a minor inconvenience. We treat it like what it is, an emergency.

We take action

Timely. Professional. Reliable.

You get a plan and a price before anything is opened up, and the work gets done when we said it would.

We care

About you, not the invoice.

Shoe covers, drop cloths and a clean floor at the end. Your house is not a jobsite to us.

What we do

Eight things, done properly.

Residential and Commercial, from a dripping angle stop to a ground up rough in. If it carries water or gas, it is ours.

Cameron and Brittany, owners of Pawsome Plumbing

Meet the owners

The two people behind the dog.

"We're Cameron & Brittany, and we're proud to be the faces behind Pawsome Plumbing!"

Cameron is the Texas master plumber on the license and he is the one under your sink. Brittany runs the other half, which means when you call, you are talking to an owner.

That is the whole reason the company exists in this shape. No dispatcher reading a script, no technician meeting you for the first time and guessing what the last guy told you.

Know your home

Two things worth knowing before you need us.

We would rather you understood the choice than took our word for it. Here is the honest version of both.

Do you know your water pressure?

High pressure quietly wrecks plumbing, and most people never check.

  1. Street pressure here runs highAround San Antonio and the Hill Country it is often well above what fixtures, supply lines and water heaters are rated for.
  2. The damage looks like bad luckBanging pipes, running toilets, dripping taps and a supply line that lets go. One after another is a pressure symptom, not coincidence.
  3. A PRV is what controls itA pressure reducing valve sits where the main enters the house and drops it to a safe level. Plenty of older houses here never had one, and plenty have one that quit years ago.
  4. Testing it takes two minutesA gauge on an outside hose bib tells us exactly what your house is seeing. If you have had more than one small leak this year, do this before you fix another.
We check pressure on every call anyway. If yours is high we will tell you, and we will tell you what it is costing you in parts before it costs you a ceiling.

Where is your water shutoff?

A little preparation prevents a lot of damage.

  1. Find it before you need itTwo places to look: the meter box out by the street or sidewalk, and the house shutoff, usually on the side of the house near the front hose bib.
  2. Make sure it actually turnsA valve that has sat for ten years can seize. Trying it on a calm Sunday is a lot better than discovering it mid flood.
  3. Tell everyone in the houseThe person home when a line lets go is not always you. Five minutes of water is a mop. An hour is flooring, drywall and baseboards.
